  • Personal identification information (Name, email address etc.)

  • Register, apply, or submit an abstract.

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Process your registration and manage your accommodation booking.

  • Email you with information about the conference.

We securely store your data at Wix.com and the three institutions where the three organizers are: University of Connecticut, Univ. of Texas at El Paso, and City College of New York.

We will keep your data for 8 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by 01/09/2025.
