We have designed a special package that includes: 5 Nights Accommodations: Check in
on Sunday, June 15, 2025 and check out on Friday, June 20, 2025, 5 nights room tax at
14.45% per room, per night, 4 Buffet Breakfast, 1 Grab n go breakfast on Friday, 4
buffet Lunches, 5 Buffet Dinners, 4 PM coffee, tea, soda & water breaks,5 Beer & Wine
only Tickets. This is a 5 night package and there are no refunds for meals not taken or early
departures.

Payment

When making a reservation, the resort only collects a deposit for one night plus tax.

For those sharing a room with an attendee, Both of you should register (fill in the information above and submit) but Only One of you should reserve the room at the Resort but should enter your roommate information when booking the room and pay for the down payments. please inform the front desk at check-in that you would like to split the payment. This ensures that the split billing is set up correctly, allowing you to receive separate receipts for reimbursement purposes at check-out. If you need to find a roommate, please reach out to the meeting organizers. We will try our best to pair you with another attendee.

​For Those want to attend the meeting without staying at the Resort, please Register (fill in the information above and submit) but should not book room at the resort. Please prepare a check out payable to "the Emerald Resort" for the full amount of $586.80. Please Mail the Check to the hotel no later than June 4, 2025 (10 days prior to arrival). Cancellation: After June 7, 2025, there would be no refund of the full amount of this package.
